International Drug & Explosives Detection Company Identa Corp to Dispatch First Order to Drug Store Chain

JERUSALEM, July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Identa Corp (OTC Pink: IDTA) CEO Yaacov Shoham announced today that the company will be dispatching within the next few days the kits for the American drug store chain. It is a very large order, the largest order received by Identa from one customer so far. This first order will consist of 25,000 boxes with 2 kits in each box, one is the Marijuana/hashish test kit and the other one is Identa's General Screening Drug Kit.

The first announcement regarding this agreement with the drug store chain was made on May 14, 2012.

Since that first announcement Identa, Oximeter Plus (Identa's USA representative) and representatives of the drug store chain have invested a lot of time, energy, money etc. to make the introduction of the kits into the chain's stores go smoothly and according to schedule. The introduction of the kits into the stores will be accompanied by a detailed marketing and advertising program that is supported by all of the parties, including the drug store chain.

The kits are expected to be on the shelves at the beginning of September 2012. The name of the drug store chain will be released when the kits are on the shelf.

Mr. Shoham commented, "This is a major step toward introducing our test kits to the general public. We believe there is a great need for consumers to be able to test substances at home, work, school, etc. and our kits are being made available to fill this need."
