IntelliCentrics, Inc. Acquires Hospital Vendor Credentialing Solution Status Blue, LLC

DALLAS, April 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IntelliCentrics, Inc., owner and operator of both Reptrax and VendorClear, announced today the acquisition of Status Blue, LLC, a leading vendor compliance solution. With the acquisition of Status Blue, LLC, IntelliCentrics will unite the majority of the industry's credentialing efforts onto one standardized platform. Status Blue, LLC brings to IntelliCentrics a history of outstanding customer care and grounded credentialing principles that are shared by both companies.

IntelliCentrics' latest acquisition, its second in two years, illustrates the company's continued commitment to standardizing healthcare credentialing and increasing compliance by providing uniform practices for its 2,500 installed healthcare facilities and more than 250,000 registered users. The company's dedication to provide healthcare facilities and vendors with the best possible service is part of the overall acquisition strategy to make credentialing more straightforward and predictable for everyone.

With guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and accrediting bodies, IntelliCentrics provides a reliable foundation on which facilities can implement vendor credentialing as part of their comprehensive compliance plans to keep their buildings, employees, patients and vendors safe and secure. This standardization also saves vendors time and money by reducing the number of credentialing services – each of which has their own standards – and minimizing fees.

IntelliCentrics' acquisition of VendorClear in 2010 combined two of the largest and most trusted healthcare credentialing services in the country. The company recently began the final phase of integration of VendorClear facilities and features into the Reptrax platform.
