Date:5/13/2010

LAKE FOREST, Calif., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- In its continued efforts to enhance physician access and delivery of secure clinical information, InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. ("Insight Imaging") (OTC Bulletin Board: ISGT) announced today that it selected MobileMD as its exclusive provider of health information exchange services. MobileMD's Health Information Exchange (HIE) provides secure real-time electronic orders and results exchange for physicians.

Insight Imaging's partnership with MobileMD expedites the company's ability to establish connectivity and interoperability with its imaging centers and physician communities. As a result, MobileMD will provide imaging centers and physicians streamlined workflow, rapid access to critical clinical information, improved physician alignment, and enhanced patient care.

"Partnering with MobileMD will reduce costs, streamline workflow, and improve the physician experience. More importantly, this advanced communications service will significantly enhance information exchange and access that will take patient care to a higher level," said Patricia Blank, Executive Vice President, Business Process Management of Insight Imaging.

"We are very excited to work with Insight Imaging to streamline communications and support the connectivity and interoperability needs of their physician community. Insight Imaging, already a leader in the radiology services industry, is making a strong statement about the value of leveraging the long overdue information technology digital revolution in healthcare," said Todd Fisher, CEO of MobileMD. "MobileMD's four dimensional HIE (4D HIE™), recognizes health information exchange is much more than technology. Our passion for quality patient care is directly aligned with Insight's mission – providing and supporting quality patient care. Candidly, anyone can throw technology at such challenges, but without the proper services, economic model, and physician/patient focus, technology falls flat, left to collect dust in the corner. Insight Imaging's progressive vision recognizes what really makes information technology innovation work. We are confident Insight and its clients will be very pleased with MobileMD."
