Hospira revela estrategia global para sus dispositivos

LAKE FOREST, Illinois, 1 de mayo de 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hospira, Inc. (NYSE: HSP), el principal proveedor del mundo de fármacos inyectables y tecnologías de infusión, dio a conocer hoy detalles de su estrategia global para sus dispositivos. La iniciativa establece un portafolio de dispositivos racionalizado y modernizado para abordar las necesidades de los clientes y posicionar la compañía para su innovación y crecimiento futuros, dando a la vez soporte al avance continuo del mejoramiento de dispositivos, incluso iniciativas para mejorar la calidad de los dispositivos.

La nueva estrategia de dispositivos de Hospira se construye sobre la recientemente finalizada revisión integral de dispositivos de su base global instalada de más de 575.000 bombas de infusión. La compañía comunicó la nueva estrategia a la Administración de Drogas y Alimentos de EE. UU. (FDA) y otras agencias regulatorias globales, y está trabajando con estas agencias para lograr alineación.
