Hospira dévoile sa stratégie appareil mondiale

Les mesures comprennent des programmes de retrait et de remplacement, des lancements de nouveaux produits et des systèmes de qualité :

  • Programmes de retrait et de remplacement : initiative de retrait du marché des technologies de pompe moins fiables ou plus anciennes et lancement de programmes de remplacement. La majorité de l'activité va se dérouler au cours des deux à trois ans à venir et inclut :
    • retrait du système de perfusion Symbiq™ et des anciennes pompes Plum™ et remplacement de ces appareils avec des pompes Plum A+ ainsi que d'autres innovations de la plate-forme Plum qui sont actuellement à un stade avancé de développement ;
    • retrait des pompes ambulatoires GemStar™ et leur remplacement avec les pompes Sapphire™ dans les marchés où cet appareil est disponible – comme le Canada et certains pays européens – et aux États-Unis et dans d'autres marchés lorsque les autorisations réglementaires seront obtenues ;(1)
    • retrait des anciennes pompes PCA et leur remplacement avec des pompes LifeCare PCA™ ou des pompes Sapphire.

Hospira va continuer à supporter les pompes concernées pendant la période de retrait et de remplacement.
