Other Restructuring Charges: $5.4 million reported in Cost of products sold and $30.7 million reported in Restructuring, impairment, and (gain) on disposition of assets, net. These charges include inventory charges, equipment impairments, contract termination charges, severance charges and gain on disposition associated with Hospira's exit of non-strategic product lines and commercial reorganization. Acquisition and integration related charges reported in SG&A include cost related to the pending acquisition and integration of an active pharmaceutical ingredient business. (H)
