Hologic to Release Second Quarter Fiscal 2011 Operating Results on Monday, May 2, 2011

BEDFORD, Mass., April 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Hologic or the Company) (Nasdaq: HOLX), a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women, today announced plans to release its second quarter fiscal 2011 operating results on Monday, May 2, 2011 after market close. In conjunction with the release, management will host a conference call on Monday, May 2, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. (eastern).

Interested participants may listen to the call by dialing 877-879-6209 or 719-325-4942 for international callers and referencing code 8718837 approximately 15 minutes prior to the call on May 2nd.  For those unable to participate in the live broadcast, a replay will be available one hour after the call ends through Friday, May 20, 2011, at 888-203-1112 or 719-457-0820 for international callers, access code 8718837.
