Hologic to Release Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2010 Operating Results on Monday, November 8, 2010

BEDFORD, Mass., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Hologic or the Company) (Nasdaq: HOLX), a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women, today announced plans to release its fourth quarter fiscal 2010 operating results on Monday, November 8, 2010 after market close. In conjunction with the release, management will host a conference call on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 5:00 p.m. (eastern).

Interested participants may listen to the call by dialing 877-604-9670 or 719-325-4766 for international callers and referencing code 7986496 approximately 15 minutes prior to the call on November 8th. For those unable to participate in the live broadcast, a replay will be available one hour after the call ends through Friday, November 26, 2010, at 888-203-1112 or 719-457-0820 for international callers, access code 7986496.
