Hologic to Release First Quarter Fiscal 2011 Operating Results on Monday, January 31, 2011

BEDFORD, Mass., Jan. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hologic, Inc. (Hologic or the Company) (Nasdaq: HOLX), a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women, today announced plans to release its first quarter fiscal 2011 operating results on Monday, January 31, 2011 after market close. In conjunction with the release, management will host a conference call on Monday, January 31, 2011, at 5:00 p.m. (eastern).

Interested participants may listen to the call by dialing 877-874-1567 or 719-325-4893 for international callers and referencing code 2737906 approximately 15 minutes prior to the call on January 31st. For those unable to participate in the live broadcast, a replay will be available one hour after the call ends through Friday, February 18, 2011, at 888-203-1112 or 719-457-0820 for international callers, access code 2737906.
