HeartWare Presentation At The Oppenheimer 24th Annual Healthcare Conference To Be Webcast

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Dec. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HeartWare International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTWR), a leading innovator of less invasive, miniaturized circulatory support technologies that are revolutionizing the treatment of advanced heart failure, today announced that CEO Doug Godshall is scheduled to present at the Oppenheimer 24th Annual Healthcare Conference at 7:45 a.m. ET on Wednesday, December 11, 2013.  The conference is being held December 10-11, 2013 at The Crowne Plaza Hotel in New York City.

A live webcast of the Company's presentation at the conference will be available via a link provided at www.heartware.com.  A replay of the webcast will be available for 90 days at the site after the presentation.
