HealthMedia's Strongest Single Quarter Results: Growth Driven by Product Enhancements, New Partnerships
Date:12/20/2007

customers to realize the significant impact the behavior change interventions have on their health care costs and productivity.

A two-year Disease Management Certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), the most trusted source for information about health care quality, was awarded to HealthMedia's Care for Diabetes, which meets the specific, individual needs of diabetes patients, including medication adherence, promotion of doctor-patient relationship, and condition monitoring and tracking.

HealthMedia, Inc. introduced an enhanced, configurable Health Risk Assessment (HRA) that asks the right questions and then intelligently applies behavior change science. The Configurable HRA provides flexibility and customization that meet each customer's unique requirements.

Partnerships Drive HealthMedia's Revolution

Several key partnerships secured by HealthMedia in the third quarter of 2007 continue to drive the company's health care and behavior management revolution:

HealthMedia's partnership with Corphealth makes HealthMedia available to Humana's Medicare clients. This partnership is the first of its kind for HealthMedia, signaling a market demand for behavior management solutions within a benefit provider's Medicare population.

Tucson Medical Center has signed a contract to make HealthMedia's wellness programs available to its employees, an expansion of the organization's employee benefits program.

HealthMedia also partnered with Microsoft Corporation to build a consumer health application for Microsoft(R) HealthVault(TM), the company's newly- launched consumer health platform. Through HealthMedia's MySelfHelp.com web site, HealthVault users can take advantage of a variety of self-help programs, including depression, stress, insomnia, eating disorders (binge eating and bulimia), grief, self-esteem, compulsive shopping, guilt, caring for loved ones, and HIV/depression.
