The brewer was looking to replace their current systems with an enterprise-wide solution that would provide broader scope and depth of functionality, a higher degree of integration, and ability to scale. They were in collective agreement that the high level of process control and adaptability of a single system would benefit the long-term success of the business.

Harpoon was pleased with the inherent flexibility of DEACOM, and the ease with which the system can be configured to meet their businesses unique needs.  "The DEACOM model was refreshing to see during the evaluation process," said Dan Kenary , Harpoon's President. "The advantages of a true single software system are undeniable and we are confident that the change will bring great benefits to Harpoon."
