In conjunction with the acquisition and to support the brands, HMP Communications will launch a new website, www.consultant360.com. The strategic acquisition significantly enhances HMP Communications' coverage of the healthcare industry. The iconic 50-year-old brands are market-leaders with large circulations in the primary care and pediatric disciplines respectively. Both were acquired from London-based United Business Media Limited; terms were not disclosed.
