Gerard Design Changes Its Name to Reflect Its Services and Expertise
Date:6/10/2013

WARRENVILLE, Ill., June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerard Design, an award-winning strategic branding and integrated marketing communications agency in Chicago's western suburbs, is shortening its name to "Gerard," with a tagline that emphasizes its branding and marketing expertise, as well as the comprehensive range of services that it offers. Gerard's rebranding campaign will focus on the company's evolution from an outstanding graphic design firm to an agency that offers a wide variety of integrated marketing services —  including brand identity and collateral, interactive design and development, and environmental branding.

According to Carolyn Gerard, principal of Gerard, "At a time when doing more with less has become the reality for businesses and marketing directors, we want to assure key marketers that we offer positive solutions to the challenges they face. Everything we do centers on delivering value for our clients."

Carolyn explained, "We are an extension of our clients' teams. As true partners and advocates, we provide new ideas that are measurable and deliver alternatives that make sense. We anticipate and exceed our clients' business objectives with deliverables that help drive sales and maximize the efficiency of their marketing efforts — all while setting new standards for service."

First established in Naperville in 1993, Gerard has grown from two to 16 employees, including 10 senior designers and two writers. The agency is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a strong rebranding and marketing campaign and with a full-page advertorial in the June 10 issue of Forbes magazine.

Throughout the years, Gerard has earned numerous awards, including Communicator, Tower, Hermes Creative, Mar
