Trodusquemine suppresses appetite, causes differential weight loss, reduces adipocyte size, reduces body fat (with no reduction of lean mass), and improves glucose tolerance via inhibition of a unique combination of signaling pathways in a mouse model of diet induced obesity (DIO).
