GNS Healthcare, Inc. Expands Senior Management Team to Leverage the Rapidly Growing Opportunities for 'Big Data' in Healthcare Management

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GNS Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of 'Big Data' analytical solutions to biopharma, payer, provider and government markets in the U.S. and abroad, announced today a major expansion of its senior management team, positioning the company for substantial growth in the deployment of its technology-enabled service and product offerings across the healthcare industry.  Carol McCall has been named Chief Strategy Officer and David Burke has been named Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Ms. McCall started her career as a health actuary and has developed a unique background in healthcare innovation, predictive analytics and health services design. Ms. McCall led the R&D efforts in Humana's Innovation Center where she pioneered the use of sophisticated analytic techniques to build a portfolio of prediction, knowledge discovery and simulation models.
