Frankfurt To Host World's Largest Pharmaceutical Services Events In 2011
Date:6/28/2010

extra meeting place between exhibitors and visitors.

CPhI Worldwide in Frankfurt will again feature the new, zoned layout which is being introduced at this year's Paris events, designed to make it easier for visitors to find the exhibitors they are looking for, giving more logical on-site navigation and leaving visitors with 'more talking, less walking' time. Zoning is already proving to be a popular initiative with nearly 80 new exhibitors already signed up for Paris. The zones attracting the most new exhibitors are the API zone and the General zone, both with over 25 new exhibitors, while each of the other zones—Intermediates, Fine Chemicals, Excipients and Custom Manufacturing—will also feature first time exhibitors.

Zoning will continue to be employed for the 2011 ICSE event, following its successful introduction in 2010. The Contract Research Zone will feature clinical trials, preclinical, Phase I-IV clinical trials and contract research companies, while the Packaging zone, which has 36 dedicated exhibitors in Paris, will feature a wide range of companies that provide packaging solutions within various stages of pharmaceutical processing. In response to market demand, ICSE Europe 2011 will also see the introduction of a North American Pavilion.

P-MEC Europe already has 50 exhibitors signed up for 2010 and is expected be a similar size to the record breaking 2009 event in Madrid. For 2011 the event will continue to evolve, with its focus on instrumental analysis, measuring and testing technologies, materials testing, quality control and laboratory equipment.
