Date:10/6/2009

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation Radiology Group (FRG), the premier provider of diagnostic imaging professional services, headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, recently added Shawn Kramer, Director of Client Services, to its rapidly growing staff.

Kramer, a 20-year client services veteran, has held customer-care focused roles for Verizon, AT&T Wireless Services, Ceridian, and XO Communications.

As the Director of Client Services for FRG, Kramer will focus primarily on managing relationships with existing clients, implementing profitable client life-cycle strategies, and establishing performance standards to improve the client experience.

Prior to joining FRG, Kramer served for four years as Director, EAP and Work-Life Service Delivery for Ceridian. In this role, he was responsible for a $5M budget and a team of 120 employees. Kramer also served as a Master Black Belt, earning his certification after championing several Six Sigma projects.

Kramer previously held the title of Vice President, Customer Care at XO Communications, where he was responsible for a $10.6M budget and 200 employees. In this role, he led the company's efforts to consolidate seven market-based call centers into a single, 40,000 square foot regional call center.

"Our industry demands the highest possible level of customer care," said Brandon W. Chan, MD, CEO, Foundation Radiology Group. "We are growing rapidly, and want to ensure that our current client service goals are not only met, but exceeded, as we continue to expand. Shawn has a proven history of cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and successfully leading initiatives that help companies like ours to provide the absolute best customer service."

"It's really exciting to be part of a young company that has set customer service as such a priority," said Kramer. "I'm looking forward to playing a part in the continued success of FRG, and continuing to build out the client service team and our processes."

Kramer holds a BA in Business, from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Duquesne University. He started his career in the Management Development Program with Bell Atlantic, and later became the Director of Customer Care for AT&T Wireless Services.
