Foundation Radiology Group Adds Shawn Kramer, Director of Client Services

PITTSBURGH, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation Radiology Group (FRG), the premier provider of diagnostic imaging professional services, headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, recently added Shawn Kramer, Director of Client Services, to its rapidly growing staff.

Kramer, a 20-year client services veteran, has held customer-care focused roles for Verizon, AT&T Wireless Services, Ceridian, and XO Communications.

As the Director of Client Services for FRG, Kramer will focus primarily on managing relationships with existing clients, implementing profitable client life-cycle strategies, and establishing performance standards to improve the client experience.

Prior to joining FRG, Kramer served for four years as Director, EAP and Work-Life Service Delivery for Ceridian. In this role, he was responsible for a $5M budget and a team of 120 employees. Kramer also served as a Master Black Belt, earning his certification after championing several Six Sigma projects.

Kramer previously held the title of Vice President, Customer Care at XO Communications, where he was responsible for a $10.6M budget and 200 employees. In this role, he led the company's efforts to consolidate seven market-based call centers into a single, 40,000 square foot regional call center.
