FacilityONE® Wins Major Healthcare Customer
Date:6/27/2011

LOUISVILLE, Ky., June 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FacilityONE has been selected by Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives as the provider for the organization's national Computerized Maintenance Management System. FacilityONE was chosen from a field of top national providers by a committee of CHI executives.

"FacilityONE is the best fit for our diverse enterprise needs," said Skip Smith, CHI's Vice President, Supply Chain - Clinical Engineering/Facility Management. "We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership."

Dale Cain, FacilityONE CEO, said, "FacilityONE has provided services and solutions to the healthcare market for years. Our services and solutions have supported healthcare in reducing costs, in regulatory compliance and increasing overall efficiencies. Our Software as a Service facility solution has been designed to accommodate all markets and it especially addresses the uniqueness and complexity of healthcare facility information management. Our entire FacilityONE team is excited and ready to partner with CHI."

The selection provides an enterprise partnership between the CHI National Facility Management group and FacilityONE for the implementation of the one-of-a-kind FacilityONE SMARTPRINT technology throughout CHI's facilities. The online interactive blueprint, SMARTPRINT, is the foundational infrastructure of FacilityONE Facility Information Solution.

A scheduled rollout is planned across the CHI enterprise in 19 states. This implementation provides a more comprehensive facilities maintenance management solution than is currently available within CHI, which ranks as the nation's third-largest health system. The FacilityONE solution will serve as the catalyst in driving CHI's defined change management at the facility level, ensuring facility optimization and sustainable cost management. The implementation also will enable process measurements, enterprise-wide reporting and knowledge sharing for the CHI National Facility Management Group and will serve as a model "best practices" industry benchmark.
