AVENTURA, Fla., July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enhance Perioperative & Anesthesia Consulting (EPAC), a consulting firm that helps hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers nationwide increase Operating Room efficiency, profitability and operational intelligence, today announced it has developed a range of indices to measure the level of hospitals' Operating Room efficiency, costs and other key standards.

"Healthcare reform mandates hospitals improve efficiency and clinical quality," says Dr. Robert Stiefel, Principal of EPAC. "These data-driven reports provide invaluable information. Hospital leaders can use this data to ma
