Encision and HealthTrust Purchasing Group Sign Purchasing Agreement

BOULDER, Colo., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Encision Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECIA), a medical device company owning patented surgical technology that is emerging as a standard of care in minimally-invasive surgery, announced today that it has entered into a purchasing agreement with HealthTrust Purchasing Group, LP ("HealthTrust"), effective June 1, 2010.  The products designated in the agreement are "Laparoscopic Safety Instruments – Active Electrode Monitoring Laparoscopy".
