Emerging Pharma at ChemOutsourcing 2013 in Record Numbers for Upcoming September Show
Date:5/21/2013

TEANECK, N.J., May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The 2013 Pharma ChemOutsourcing Show slated for Sept 17-19 in NJ has attracted the greatest number of "Emerging" small molecule biotech company chemists ever, reports its President, Mark Alexay .  "No one saw this coming", commented Alexay.  "But suddenly everyone plans to attend this year.  The show's still 4 months away and we may end up attracting hundreds of different companies.  This is a big surprise and great news for attendees". Thecurrent list of 80 attending pharmaceutical, emerging, virtual, and other small molecule biotech companies is at http://chemoutsourcing.com/popup.php

Alexay elaborated, "The Emerging companies need timely information about how to get their molecules scaled up quickly and properly.  They also need to meet their suppliers in one place.  This is why they attend.  It's makes efficient use of their time without trips to Europe or Asia."

"They have also remarked that it's helpful to benchmark best practices and meet their peers from other small molecule biotech companies.  There's no other show in the world that brings together so many chemists from "Emerging" and "Virtual" companies.  If small and lean is the new pharmaceutical industry drug development model then the show is well-positioned to serve it."

Pharma ChemOutsourcing is now in its 7th year and takes place every September at the Jersey Shore.  The show annually attracts 700-800 Pharmaceutical company chemists and suppliers of chemical services to the industry. The show emphasizes Outsourcing of Discovery and Medicinal Chemistry, Process Research, and  Chemical Development of Intermediates, API's, a
