Elbit Imaging Ltd. Announces Standard & Poor's Maalot Changes Rating of Company's Notes

TEL AVIV, Israel, September 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --

Elbit Imaging Ltd. ("EI" or the "Company") (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) announced today, that Standard & Poor's Maalot, has decided to change the rating of all of the Company's Series A through Series G Notes and Series 1 Notes, which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, from an "ilBBB+/Negative" credit rating, to an "ilBBB/Negative" credit rating.
