E-Discovery Industry Veteran Joins VeDISCOVERY LLC

CLEVELAND, March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Continuing to build an experienced team and expand its market share in the Enterprise Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) sector,VeDISCOVERY today announced the appointment of Hal Brooks as Executive Vice President of Business Development, effective immediately. Brooks will report to Ronald Copfer , CEO and founder of VeDISCOVERY, LLC.

Mr. Brooks brings deep and relevant e-discovery industry experience toVeDISCOVERY. Prior to joining VeDISCOVERY, Brooks successfully consulted with OrcaTec LLC, an application provider of technology assisted review software and services, in the areas of sales planning, business model development and strategic account acquisitions.

He has also been a part of several growth companies including Legal Copies International which was sold to Ikon Office Solutions in 1996 and Docuforce LLC which was purchased by Summit Capital Partners in 2006. Mr. Brooks graduated with a BA from Wofford College in 1979.

VeDISCOVERY was created January 1, 2012 when its eight-year old operations were separated from 25 year-old corporate parent Visual Evidence/eDiscovery, LLC. VeDISCOVERY helps law firms and their corporate clients find all potentially relevant documents either in response to litigation or regulatory requirements. Electronic discovery and review can account for as much as 80% of the cost of litigation.
