Dynamic Healthcare Services Acquires the operating assets of APO2, a Provider of Home Medical Equipment and Respiratory Therapy Products and Services in Hazleton, PA

HARRISBURG, Pa., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dynamic Healthcare Services, Inc. ("DHS"), a portfolio company of GMH Ventures LLC ("GMH"), announced today that it acquired the operating assets of APO2 of Hazleton, PA on February 5, 2013. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

APO2 is a full service HME (Home Medical Equipment) company providing home oxygen delivery systems, CPAP, sleep apnea products, consumer power mobility products which include scooters as well as power wheelchairs. APO2 was founded in 2004 by its President William Pavlick and has experienced significant growth during each year of operation.

APO2 has a very strong presence in the Hazleton, PA market which will be integrated with DHS's Evanko Respiratory, Inc. ("Evanko") division which was acquired in September 2012.

DHS was formed in 2000 as the parent company to Central Medical Equipment (Harrisburg) and East Suburban Medical Supply (Pittsburgh), which were originally incorporated in 1981. DHS has grown over the past decade to become a strong regional distributor and provider of home medical equipment, respiratory therapy products and services, and complex rehabilitation products and services in the western and central PA markets.  During 2012, DHS announced the acquisitions of HomeTown Oxygen, Pittsburgh LLC ("HomeTown") and Evanko, both regional distributors of home medical equipment in the Pennsylvania market. DHS has increased its staff to over 100 employees with facilities throughout Pennsylvania with the recent acquisitions.
