Dr. Julian Henley MD Presents 'BioMatrix Lift'
Date:11/2/2009

NEW HAVEN, Conn., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Julian Henley will be taking consultations in New York City, Darien, CT and New Haven, CT for potential candidates of his revolutionary new procedure the BioMatrix Lift.

The culmination of two years of research, the BioMatrix Lift represents the latest in surgical facial rejuvenation procedures designed to provide a healthier and more youthful appearance.

"The BioMatrix Lift uses established techniques combined with a biological matrix that regenerates tissue in areas where tissue is deficient," explains Dr. Henley. "It allows us to improve areas surgeons have previously been unable to improve, especially around the eyes, the orbit and eye socket."

Facelifts have traditionally been a tightening operation or a repositioning operation where if something is hanging you lift it up. But a youthful appearance depends on a certain degree of pliancy and fullness; if you tighten skin and remove wrinkles you can have an older looking face.

As a result, many non-surgical physicians, like dermatologists, have advocated non-surgical facelifts, which increase volume through injectibles to achieve desired results.

"What I'm proposing is not that one specialty is right or the other is wrong," says Dr. Henley, "because when you combine these approaches you can achieve even more remarkable results. The BioMatrix Lift allows us to improve the aesthetic benefits of the procedure by stimulating the patient's own tissue regeneration."

The biological matrix employed by Dr. Henley is derived from natural materials. All the cells are removed but its growth factors remain preserved; these growth factors provide the structure to facilitate the rebuilding of nor
