Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy Hires Senior Director of HR & Government Relations

SWARTZ CREEK, Mich., July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, the nation's largest privately owned specialty pharmacy, announced today the addition of Steven Miesowicz to its staff, as Senior Director of Human Resources and Government Relations.  Mr. Miesowicz previously served as the Company's business management consultant where he played a primary role in securing the Michigan Economic Growth Authority (MEGA) tax credit Diplomat received from the state of Michigan for $61.5 million and $14 million from Career Alliance, Inc. for workforce training. In addition to taking on the responsibilities of the Human Resources Department, educational and employee training, regulatory and compliance of labor laws and facilities management, Mr. Miesowicz will also act as Diplomat's Government Liaison. He will report directly to Jeff Rowe, Sr. Vice President of Operations.

"With Diplomat's projected growth of hiring over 1,000 employees in the next five years, Steven's broad based experience and communication skills will be instrumental to help Diplomat successfully reach its milestones of the company's business plan," said Mr. Rowe.
