The CoreMedica Blood Spot Collection Kit is a quick and convenient way to collect a blood sample for laboratory analysis. The sample can be collected in the privacy of your home, office, or just about anywhere and at any time.

The test offers fast, easy blood sample collection using the safety lancet provided and requires only 4 drops of blood from your fingertip.

  • Everything is included in the kit. Prepaid return postage also included.

An A1C test measures your blood sugar control over an 8 - 12 week period. It will accurately inform you how well you have managed your diabetes over that time period.
