DePuy Settlement Funding And Transvaginal Mesh Capital Increased At Legal-Bay
Date:12/10/2012

NEW YORK, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, announced today that they have again secured additional funding for the funding of DePuy Hip Recall Lawsuit Funding as well as the Transvaginal Mesh Litigation.

Legal-Bay is an industry leader in the legal funding industry funding almost all types of lawsuits.  However, the firm has been a plaintiff advocate firm assisting "mass tort" clients with various aspects of their product liability or pharmaceutical lawsuit.  Specifically, Legal-Bay has assisted DePuy plaintiffs with large lawsuit cash advances prior to their cases even being settled.  They have also assisted Transvaginal Mesh plaintiffs with the same services, as well as obtaining them lawsuit surgical funding to obtain corrective vaginal mesh surgeries.

In some instances, Legal-Bay has helped refer clients to both specialist surgeons as well as qualified law firms if they do not have legal representation yet.

"Our commitment to both the DePuy and Transvaginal Mesh lawsuit plaintiffs is without question unmatched in the industry.  However, our recent increase in capital allows our clients the ability to access the needed cash during the holiday months for all types of Hip Recall and Mesh cases.  And all clients who fund with us in December will also receive a free gift card to a retailer of their choice", said Patty Kirby, head of client relations at Legal-Bay.

Legal-Bay also announced that they have increased the average cash advance settlement amounts for both the DePuy cases and the vaginal mesh cases, so that plaintiffs can access even more funds for their needs at this time of the year.  Legal-Bay is one of the few companies in the lawsuit funding industry that offers high cash
