Darah Medical Awarded GSA Schedule, Launches Online Store

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GSA Applications is pleased to announce that Darah Medical Equipment and Supplies has been awarded a GSA Schedule 65IIA contract and are now certified to provide goods & services to the Federal government. Federal officials appreciate GSA Schedules as a means of procurement, knowing that companies on GSA Schedules have been qualified by the General Services Administration (GSA). Darah Medical will place their extensive pain management and rehabilitation products on GSA Advantage!®, the government's electronic ordering system www.gsaadvantage.gov .

"This schedule opens new doors for our company and will accelerate our expansion plans to servicing VA hospitals and recovering veterans," stated Jeff Darah, CEO of Darah Medical Equipment. He continues: "We've grown our product offering and become known as a specialized medical equipment distributor dealing with pain management and orthopedic rehabilitative supplies."

Supporting their expansion plans, Darah Medical has also launched a secure online shopping site that will feature all of their product lines including: Electrotherapy and Electrotherapy Supplies; CPM Machines; Cervical Traction Units; and Orthopedic Bracing and Splints. Clients now have the option of working with one of fifteen sales representatives, covering eight regions or using the secure website and placing orders, 24/7. Darah Medical Equipment recently completed an exclusive US distribution agreement with VAX-D Medical Technologies to market their Vertebral Axial Decompression spinal alignment table.
