CARMEL, Ind., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Charlie Russell has joined DWA Healthcare Communications Group to serve in key leadership role of Director, Corporate Marketing and Innovation. Mr. Russell will strategize and implement corporate marketing initiatives that help define and expand the corporate identity, establish a presence in the marketplace, and certify the company as a leader in healthcare education.
Mr. Russell brings 24 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience coordinating projects for multiple major brands at Eli Lilly and Company, including many years of innovative and creative project development and management in a wide variety media. He led the development of Lilly's Managing Your Diabetes patient education system and inventive approaches to tradeshow marketing.
While at Lilly, Mr. Russell served as a Marketing Consultant, providing fundamental tactical planning as well as creative and production direction for more than 15 critical brands. He earned a BS in Advertising Art and Design at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
