Concord Medical to Hold Annual General Meeting on December 11, 2010

BEIJING, Nov. 10, 2010 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- Concord Medical Services Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Concord Medical") (NYSE: CCM), operator of the largest network of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging centers in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders at its headquarters at 18/F, Tower A, Global Trade Center, 36 North Third Ring Road East, Dongcheng District, Beijing, 100013, P.R. China on December 11, 2010 at 1pm Beijing Time. The shareholder record date is November 10, 2010.

The notice of the annual general meeting of shareholders and the proxy statement related to the meeting are available on the Company's website at http://ir.cmsholdings.com/.

Concord Medical has filed its annual report on Form 20-F, containing the Company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") ("Form 20-F"). The Company's Form 20-F can be accessed on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at http://ir.cmsholdings.com/ as well as on the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov.
