Clearskincare Cites Flexible Reporting Features For Switch to Zenoti
Date:11/13/2018

Clearskincare, Australia’s leading acne, skin and laser clinic, has chosen Zenoti as their technology provider for their network of 45 clinics in Australia and New Zealand. Chief among Clearskincare’s reasons for making the move to Zenoti is its modern, flexible reporting capabilities.

Clearskincare’s previous software system was a desktop-based solution. By moving to Zenoti, a cloud-based system, Clearskincare benefits from more efficient operations as well as improved staff and guest experiences. With Zenoti, Clearskincare’s data is stored centrally, which gives the management and operations teams access to up-to-the-minute data. This impacts every part of the business, from decision making to empowering clinic staff to more easily providing every guest with a personalized experience even when visiting a new clinic.

Most importantly, Cleanskincare knew they needed reporting tools that could provide the insights they need to grow their business. In addition to the basic, daily reporting that any operations requires, Zenoti is able to provide a reporting and Analytics solution that supports the type of multivariable analysis Clearskincare need. This analysis allows Clearskincare to make more strategic decisions and really focus its efforts on the areas that are most in need of improvement.

Zenoti’s reporting capabilities dig deep, allowing users to create custom reports to identify specific services, locations or types of clients that are performing above or below average. This helps spas and salons learn from their successes and target coaching, marketing and training where they’re needed most.

“It’s no longer enough to simply track metrics over time — spas and salons need analytics that paint a rich picture of the business,” said Sudheer Koneru, CEO at Zenoti. “Zenoti offers clinics like Clearskincare the actionable insights they need to take their business to the next level.”

With the shift to Zenoti, Clearskincare’s client forms and records will be stored in the cloud so they can be accessed by any location at any time. They also plan to roll out a mobile app in the coming months to take full advantage of Zenoti’s mobile-first capabilities.

“This is the level of service modern consumers expect,” Koneru added. “We’re pleased to partner with Clearskincare to bring these features to their customers.”
