China Yongxin Pharmaceuticals Inc. Announces the Expansion of Its Chain of Retail Stores to 110 Stores

CHANGCHUN, China and LOS ANGELES, July 21 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Yongxin Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CYXN) ("China Yongxin" or the "Company"), one of the leading health products distribution and retail sales companies in China, today announced the opening of seven new chain drugstores in July. These new openings bring the Company's number of stores to 30 in Changchun City, 31 in Baishan City, and a total of 110 throughout Northeastern China. The Company has expedited the pace of store openings in order to reach its previously announced goal of opening 29 stores in 2010. The Company's objective is to become one of the top 20 pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in China.

China Yongxin held grand opening ceremonies in July for all six new stores in Changchun City, which is expected to further increase awareness of the China Yongxin brand in the community. These six locations were chosen for their strategic locations in high density and high income residential districts. The Lin He Street store is located on the beautiful River of Life that runs through Changchun City, also known for its heavy foot traffic. The Jian Min Street store is located in the "My Home" district, adjacent to the Royal Emerald Palace upscale community. The Fei Yue Road store is located in the core of China FAW Group district, which has a large residential community with a high population density.
