China Botanic Reschedules Fiscal First-Quarter 2011 Earnings Release and Conference Call for March 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. EDT

HARBIN, China, March 16, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Botanic Pharmaceutical Inc. (AMEX: CBP) ("China Botanic" or the "Company"), a developer, manufacturer and distributor of botanical products, bio-pharmaceuticals and traditional Chinese medicines ("TCM"), today announced that the Company has rescheduled its first-quarter fiscal-year 2011 earnings release and conference call for March 17.  The release date had been previously scheduled for March 16, 2011.

The Company will release its fiscal first-quarter results on Thursday, March 17, 2011, before the market open. A conference call to discuss fiscal first-quarter earnings results will be held on March 17, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. EDT.

Joining Mr. Shaoming Li, China Botanic's Chairman and CEO, will be Mr. Guangtao Li, the Company's Vice President, and Mr. David Dong, the Company's CFO.
