Charlotte Based Compression And Vacuum Therapy Technology Helps Train Cyclist In Race Across America
Date:5/29/2013

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Austrian Cyclist Gerald Bauer will be directly benefiting from Charlotte based HYPOXI therapy and equipment to give him a possible racing edge in the Race Across America. Gerald will specifically use the Charlotte HYPOXI Multispectrum S120 device one week prior to the race and each day after the race. Dr. Fedor Fomin of HYPOXI will be providing the therapy. These cyclists race 20 to 22 hours per day for 9 days and sleep only two hours. The HYPOXI method will help Gerald to improve performance and regenerate faster.

This same method has been used and further developed for the past 2 years by the Russian Olympic Team for diagnostic, performance enhancement and therapeutic benefits for their athletes.

The Race starts June 11th 2013 and interviews are immediately available with Edwin Grempels, owner of Charlotte based HYPOXI.  German born Edwin was first exposed to the HYPOXI process on a German TV channel and was fascinated by its potential in the US market. After doing 2 months of only HYPOXI training, Edwin went from a size 42 waist to size 38. It completely changed his lifestyle and he feels the healthiest he has been in his life. He proceeded to open the first US HYPOXI studio in Charlotte and started to develop the North American market.

The HYPOXI Method was developed in the late 90's by Austrian sports scientist Dr. Norbert Egger . He developed a range of various machines that allow clients to perform a light physical exercise, while at the same time applying a compression and vacuum (cupping) therapy on specific parts of the body. This allows this method to effectively target fat loss in a quick, safe and easy way. HYPOXI is a risk free, holistic and natural alternative to liposuction and lipolaser.

Due to the application of pressure and vacuum, HYPOXI can increase blood circulation and activate the lymph system, which is meant to target weight loss. Customers with lipedema and lymphedema have experienced significant improvements and athletes such as cyclist Gerald Bauer get that performance kick they need without the use of supplements.
