Change Healthcare's Clayton Nicholas to Speak on "Game Mechanics and Other Game Changers in Benefits Education" at IHC Forum East

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., May 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Change Healthcare's Vice President of Marketing and Strategy Clayton Nicholas will present at The Institute for Healthcare Consumerism's IHC Forum East to be held in Atlanta on May 9 and 10. His workshop, titled "Game Mechanics and Other Game Changers in Benefits Education" will explore the ROI of employee engagement in healthcare; how retail best practices can drive healthcare consumerism; and an innovative approach to benefits education using gamification techniques.  Nicholas will also look at specific techniques that have helped one Change Healthcare client transform its employees from passive healthcare users into active healthcare consumers – saving both the employer and employees money.
