PAREXEL International Corporation, ClinTrials Research, Inc., Glaxo, Inc. and Glaxo Wellcome, Inc. Dixon holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Campbell University in North Carolina. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Frederick Memorial Healthcare System in Frederick, Maryland, the Drug Information Association (DIA) and the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA).
