Carl Zeiss Chooses AT&T as Global Provider For Comprehensive Communications Services

The Carl Zeiss Group is a worldwide leading group of companies in the optical and optoelectronics industry.  Under the ZEISS brand name Carl Zeiss markets products and services for bio-medical research, medical technology, and the semiconductor, automotive and mechanical engineering industries.  The ophthalmic optics segment is bundled in the holding company, Carl Zeiss Vision International GmbH, which is the world's second largest provider of eyeglass lenses.

As a result of this collaboration with AT&T, Carl Zeiss is able to further consolidate its suppliers, streamline business processes and implement its company-wide safety and security standards in the entire holding.
