Cardinal Health Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

DUBLIN, Ohio, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardinal Health today announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.195 per share, payable on Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Oct. 1.

This marks the 104th consecutive regular quarterly dividend for Cardinal Health. The company had approximately 352 million shares outstanding as of July 31.
