(NASDAQ: CALP) today announced that its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 2, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. local time at its offices located at 68 Elm Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts.  The record date for Caliper stockholders entitled to vote at this meeting is April 15, 2011.
