CVS Caremark Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

WOONSOCKET, R.I., March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.0875 per share on the Common Stock of the Corporation, payable May 4, 2010 to holders of record on April 23, 2010.
