CURE Urgent Care Expands Partnership with Mount Sinai Health System
Date:6/8/2015

NEW YORK, June 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CURE Urgent Care, a premier concierge medical practice providing immediate treatment for illness and injuries, is pleased to announce a joint venture with Mount Sinai Health System that further supports the existing relationship between the two entities.

CURE, less than a year old, is a concierge-modeled urgent care brand with facilities on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Huntington, New York. An existing affiliation with Mount Sinai has been in place for several months, with all of the CURE physicians being credentialed in the Sinai Health System. Part of the expanded partnership includes an investment from Mount Sinai in the newest CURE facility located on 96th Street and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan—a 2500 sq. foot state of the art office opening in June 2015, that will provide quality care to the residents of the Upper East Side. This partnership will also help provide full urgent care services to the local East Harlem community.

"The Mount Sinai name conveys an understanding of medical excellence paramount with our practice's mission," said Elan Katz, Founder of CURE Urgent Care. "As CURE continues to grow, we are thrilled that Mount Sinai is continuing to support and partner with us in our expansion to help us further serve the needs of patients across New York."

"Our expanded partnership with CURE Urgent Care will play an integral role in Mount Sinai's population health initiatives and crystalizes our ongoing commitment to delivering access to the highest quality of health care to New York's diverse communities," said Arthur A. Klein, MD, President of the Mount Sinai Health Network.

CURE's mission is to make healthcare more accessible and convenient, maximizing outcomes for patients and offering new opportunities for its employees and healthcare delivery partners. The CURE team pairs dynamic vision with exceptional understanding of the changing health care delivery system to help people live healthier lives.
