C3i Appoints Jonathan Song to Business Development Executive in Asia

SHANGHAI and DALIAN, China, July 16, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- C3i, the leader in service desk support and business process outsourcing (BPO) services for the life sciences industry, announced today the appointment of Jonathan Song to business development executive in Asia.

C3i provides end-user technology training, multi-lingual service desk and configuration and deployment for mobile application hardware, including iPad/iPhone to life science organizations worldwide.  C3i works with 16 of the top 20 pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms and has supported over 1,000,000 life sciences professionals and patients worldwide in over 20 languages.  C3i has recently opened an operations center in Dalian, China to address the IT support needs of pharmaceutical companies doing business in the main Asian markets.  In his role Mr. Song will support C3i's strategy to expand its clinical and commercial solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and clinical research organizations in Asia.

Jonathan Song studied clinical medicine specializing in surgery in medical school at the Shanghai Jiaotong University in China and received his masters degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the USA. He has 20 years of pharmaceutical and healthcare experience in China and the USA, both in industry and agency.

Mr. Song specializes in sales & marketing, professional promotion, business development, sales force effectiveness, resource allocation, budgeting and cost control, process improvement and branding management. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Merck and Sinopharm, the biggest healthcare group in China. Mr. Song also has many years of experience of strategic business planning, business operations management, industry analysis, business intelligence, strategic management consulting, customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA)  in pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
