The leading employment Web site for the life sciences launched the 2011 Biotech Beach™ Hotbed Campaign this morning, marking the campaign's twelfth edition. Each campaign participant is added to an electronic and printed map that promotes member logos online as well as at industry events and career fairs.

"After highlighting Northern California through the Biotech Bay Hotbed Campaign last month, we're heading down the coast to continue promoting the state's thriving life science industry," said Michael Corbett, vice president of marketing operations at onTargetjobs, the parent company of BioSpace. "We have nine annual Hotbed campaigns, and they all represent a prominent opportunity for industry businesses to showcase their brand, location and industry presence."

Biotech Beach is part of a series of Hotbed campaigns that are each hosted on their own BioSpace Web page. This campaign's participating companies include Allergan, Inc., Lilly Biotechnology Center, Ferry Research Institute, Inc., and other leading life science employers.
