The Genetown Hotbed campaign launches each December, featuring leading life science employers in Massachusetts and parts of New England. The area continues to be a leading biotech and pharmaceutical region with more than 15 percent of all jobs on BioSpace.com located in Massachusetts. More than 100 Boston-area employers posted jobs to the site this year, demonstrating the area's hiring health.

"Massachusetts and New England are home to many of the biotechnology industry's leading companies, and we are proud to showcase this area each year," said Emily Chereck, BioSpace product manager. "The notoriety and recruitment power that Genetown map participants achieve simply cannot be matched by any other source."

Campaign participants include Moderna Therapeutics, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, EpiZyme, Inc. and Surplus Solutions.
