FREDERICK, Md., Sept. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BioElectronics Corporation (BIEL), maker of patented, inexpensive, disposable pain management devices, announced today that they have agreed to distribution terms with Alboquin S.A., a sister company of Maxbetsa S.A., to distribute its ActiPatch® and Allay™ brand products in Ecuador.
