Benchmark Electronics Announces Thailand Facility Class III Medical Device Manufacturing Capabilities

ANGLETON, Texas, Nov. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: BHE), a leading integrated electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, announced its Thailand facility has successfully completed a full Quality System Inspection Technique (QSIT) audit from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), through its premarket approval (PMA) supplement evaluation process, to manufacture Class III finished devices on behalf of large tier-one medical original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
