BD Announces Live Webcast of Second Fiscal Quarter Earnings Conference Call

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., April 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) announced today that it will conduct a live webcast of its second fiscal quarter 2011 earnings conference call on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (ET).  BD will issue a press release detailing the quarter's earnings after the market close on Tuesday, April 26, 2011.

The webcast of the conference call, along with related slides, will be accessible through BD's website at www.bd.com/investors and will be available for replay through Wednesday, May 4, 2011.
