Avant Media Manager Releases iPad Edition 3.0
Date:8/28/2012

CARMEL, Ind., Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- A new release of the content management software Avant Media Manager© iPad Edition is now available for download through the Apple iTunes App Store.

Avant Media Manager iPad Edition 3.0 is the latest mobile iteration of the presentation management solution and features upgrades that enhance key areas of user experience. Upgraded features include an updated sync process, the inclusion of native, easy-to-access support documents, and the addition of a product selection feature alongside upgrades to presentation expiration and delete functionality.

"As both the desktop and mobile versions of Avant Media Manager have matured and industry adoption has increased, the Avant Media Manager team has kept up with solutions to enhance overall user and admin experience," explained Samantha Schwartz, Executive Director of the New Product Program Division of DWA Healthcare Communications Group. "Since the iPad represents the largest demand and market share of tablet devices among our clients, we have focused on improvements in functionality, security, and support that are in step with that device's own development and interface, without compromising on the security and version-control features that make it best-in-class in the field."

"We've also implemented a fix that mitigates Safari's cache limit," said Schwartz. "Which, in tandem with the new product selection feature, empowers users to navigate and present a larger inventory of presentations per account. This is particularly useful in relation to the software's in-app abilities to incorporate video and other rich media content within the presentations themselves."

Existing users can upgrade to Avant Media Manager iPad Edition 3.0 through the Apple iTunes App Store. New users can access it in the App Store by searching for Avant Media Manager. The updated application can also be accessed directly via the Internet by visiting the fo
